Last week I mentored another real estate investor and we discussed the future of her property business…

There were big goals of further property purchases, employing a team and being involved less in the day to day.

However there was a problem.

Previous attempts to systemise hadn’t worked, especially when managing tasks.

And my mentee kept falling back to tried and tested pen and paper.

That’s where I had to share a bit of cold hard reality.

“If you want to systemise your business you’ve got to change. You can’t outsource pen and paper”

And the same applies to you reading this too…

If things aren’t working the way they should,

If you’ve got ambitions of bigger things,

If you want things to be different,

You need to change.

If you don’t, no matter WHAT technology tool you use, no matter what systems you put in place, they won’t make any difference.
